People Port Welcomes The U of M's New Business Dean -It Is Institutionalized Slavery

I learned all about the Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.) from the the U. Real Estate covered parts, business law covered some, In M.B.A. the whole thing. The U understood I was an inventor.

I came equipped with many toys, whose proper name I was clueless about. One was Monte Carlo simulation. Today, I understand -most big league schools would do what ever it took- snagging that person. Not the U. Turning that into a Miami based software firm, a great project. No. After graduation, one of the firms sponsoring at least one pupil bragged it did use it, for a while. I solicited Corporate America, every way I knew how.

Fast forward, At a deposition, I was asked, If I read a Monte Carlo book, No, I wrote it. Then, my Dad, Judge Swanko, was dying, Microsoft, was busy with work arounds (a macro is an engine). They, and everyone else could not have done that without the expressed consent of the U. See, right then, they were claiming I was still a student, they were training me for something big. My lawyer did not want those problems, I tried to reason with the U -no response. They are still at it, so is the new guy. The are cheered on by phrases, They all do it. Part of corporate life. No, it is institutionalized slavery. Fixing it would require at a minimum, changing bankruptcy laws.
